Aislin does a multitude of subjects, however those that she most enjoys are certainly Transfiguration and Potions. By now she has certainly quit those subjects that she does not do so well in, however those are only the ‘uncertain’ subjects, or those that involve nurturing, or Muggles. Therefore Aislin has either never liked, or never enlisted in Herbology, Care of Magical Creatures, Divination and Muggle Studies. A timetable will be worked out shortly.

Aislin is interested in many things… these interests range from the mundane, to the terribly exciting. Apart from her classes (which despite what others may think, do interest her), Aislin has a great interest in figure-flying, dancing, reading, and playing the flute and piano. Aislin loves to socialise (but hates being around people who are more successful than her), but Aislin’s most important and defining interest is that she should become the perfect bride. To Aislin’s great joy, becoming the perfect bride also means finding herself a husband!

An only child in an old family, she can do the awing ‘trace my lineage back to the australopitecines’ thing. She is the only child of Serilene and Egethor, despite her parents trying for a very long time to pop out a few more children (preferably male). The greatest sense of being that Aislin has is that which comes from knowing who her family is, should she be robbed of that, or begin to doubt the ideals which she was raised with, she would become lost.

Aislin’s cousins are all exceedingly older than her, apart from one who is currently in Hogwarts and whom Aislin despises, because she sees herself as better than Aislin. Aislin thinks that she would rather have liked having an older brother, however she wouldn’t like having a sister because it would undoubtedly detract from the attention that she gets.

Aislin began the school year in a cabin with her friends, however she consciously ventured out to extend her association to a fifth year, and consequently was shut down due to the strong opinions of both people. She rather likes to think of herself as very important, and this year has been no different. She has inklings that some of her fellow students are up to things, and being dangerously obvious about it.

Aislin resents Muggleborns, and those who sympathise with them as she has been brought up to resent them. She also feels that being this side of the fence is much better, as subconsciously she really is quite insecure and no one hates a pureblood, right? Or at least, it isn’t as dangerous to be a pureblood as it is to be a Muggleborn. Her greatest ambition is to be of use, and she is already fulfilling that, just not in the way that she aspires to.

Aislin is undoubtedly aware of her parents intentions for her, already in the past summer some of those intentions became reality but Aislin is fine with that. In the next few years there will be a great stress on becoming the best that she can be- in relation to being the best wife that a man might aquire, and yet she is also happy to do this, as she has yet again been raised while under the influence of a very traditional family. Basically she is to do well in school, tend to her looks, and create a large social network, while also attending to the demands already placed on her from the prior summer.
